Smoked Glass Spiral Staircase Chandelier
The smoked glass spiral chandelier instantly transforms large spaces into areas with character. Composed of hand-blown glass globes, it creates a luminous cascade that spirals down along a slim, discreet metal structure. Designed for height, this light fixture elegantly dresses up a stairwell, a double-height entryway, or a living room with a generous ceiling, while providing a true decorative presence.
Each smoked glass globe diffuses a soft, warm light that reflects off the glass surfaces, creating an enveloping ambiance as soon as dusk falls. The smoked gray tint adds a modern, refined touch without ever weighing down the room: the result remains airy, sculptural, and resolutely contemporary. With its five light points distributed along the spiral, it offers lighting that is both generous and intimate, ideal for highlighting a vertical volume or a large stairwell wall.
Why choose this light fixture?
-
Sculptural design: The spiral of blown glass globes creates a centerpiece that draws the eye and structures large volumes.
-
Warm light: The five light points diffuse soft, ambient lighting that immediately warms up the atmosphere.
-
Adjustable height: The pendant light is adjustable up to 200 cm to adapt to both staircases and flat or sloped ceilings.
Where to install this light fixture?
Thanks to its generous height and cascading shape, this chandelier is particularly suited to a stairwell, where it beautifully occupies the central void and accompanies the ascent of the stairs. It also finds its perfect place above an entryway, in a high-ceilinged living room, or suspended over a large dining table. Its adjustable height allows it to be installed under both flat and sloped ceilings.
Product details
- Type: cascading pendant chandelier
- Style: modern, design
- Color: smoked glass (smoked gray)
- Materials: hand-blown glass and metal
- Light points: 5 (bulbs not included, LED compatible)
- Recommended use: staircase, entryway, living room, dining room, large volume

Tips for choosing the right one
For a harmonious look, first check the available ceiling height: this model expresses its full potential in spaces of at least two meters, typically a stairwell or a room with a high ceiling. In a staircase, position it so that the spiral is visible from every level. For bulbs, choose warm-light LEDs to maintain a soft ambiance and accentuate the reflections of the smoked glass. If you are looking for a more discreet living room light for a standard room, a shorter model will be more appropriate.
Frequently asked questions
Is this light fixture suitable for a living room or dining room?
Yes, it integrates perfectly into a high-ceilinged living room or above a large dining table. Its warm light and cascading shape make it an ideal decorative piece for open living spaces and beautiful volumes.
How do I choose the right size?
This chandelier measures 35 cm in width with a height adjustable up to 200 cm. Measure your ceiling height and the desired drop space, then adjust the suspension during installation. For a stairwell, let the spiral descend generously so that it remains visible from several floors.
